Pauline Johnson Elementary received a full remediation to 2/3 of the exterior. Our scope for this project included the rain screen system and stucco for this over 90 year old school.  We also replaced the decaying brick base with a tumbled full brick to match the remaining structure. This was accomplished while school was in session for the entire project. Completed Feb 2014.

This renovation was a mix of finishes and a coordination challenge with the mall remaining open. The scope of work here included steel framing, resheathing, rain screen assembly , brick installation , stucco repairs and a new product called Longboard. Currently under renovation February 2014.

This building in Calgary we completed using the Knight Wall System.  Stucco repairs for window and door replacement incorporated with a brick veneer being used to reduce exterior finish weight. Completed August 2013.

Charles Hays secondary located in Prince Rupert was a full building envelope remediation. Including steel stud repair and new framing, sheathing, Blueskin, Cascadia thermo clips, Roxull DD, and a combination of Hardie plank and Panel mounted on Z-girts. Completed April 2013.
