Governor’s Tower consisted of a 32 story high-rise and a mid-rise building. This project encompassed a steel girt rain screen system using the Cascadia clips with Roxul insulation, this remediation increased the R value for the entire building. Stucco was finished with Imasco’s FlexCoat Acrylic. Completed February  2011.

The Cactus Club is a great restaurant with a fresh and stylish appeal. It was crucial that the exterior finishing would keep with that stylish image in order to make a lasting impression to visiting diners. Using a 3/4" plaster system and EIFS detailing, BJ Plastering completed the job in one month, resulting in an outdoor style that definitely grabs your attention!

In partnership with Gary Deaust from Wescan Acoustics, BJ Plastering & Consultants completed the Home Outfitters project within two months. Wescan took care of the steel studs and drywall for the indoor office areas while BJ Plastering completed the exterior walls using a Dryvit EIFS rainscreen system. The result? A beautiful modern building that will last for years to come.
